The Orion ELA chopping board is designed for efficiency in the kitchen. One side is smooth, suitable for slicing bread or herbs. The other side is equipped with practical features – sharp spikes securely hold meat, roasts or slippery vegetables, making them easier to portion. You will also find fixing stops and fine protrusions that serve as a grater for garlic, ginger or apple. The edges of the board slope to one side, so juice from fruit or meat drains in a controlled way and doesn't stain your worktop.
