Connectivity options

Paper handling, scanning and copying
The main input tray holds 250 sheets of paper and the multi-purpose tray holds another 60 sheets. You can increase the capacity by adding two optional trays, each with a volume of 550 sheets. The total input capacity is up to 1410 pages for smooth, high-volume printing. The output tray holds 150 finished prints. The automatic double-sided single-pass document feeder has a capacity of 50 pages and speeds up the digitisation of multi-page documents. The scanning speed is 24 pages per minute, or 48 images per minute for double-sided processing. Scanned files go directly to email, an FTP server, a network folder or a connected USB drive. Copying works with a scaling range from 25% to 400%.
Security, direct printing and control
The confidential print function protects sensitive data from unauthorised access by requiring a verification code directly at the printer. The USB port is used for direct printing of files without needing to turn on your computer. The device supports AirPrint and Mopria print protocols for direct printing from iOS and Android mobile operating systems. A 3.5" colour touchscreen makes it easy to manage print and scan jobs. The menu offers a clear overview of consumable status and settings for all functions, including fax. Users can set up all printing processes with the touch of a finger directly on the panel. The display shows instructions for printing and any troubleshooting.
