The POC Ventral Air MIPS bike helmet is designed with precise ventilation holes and internal channels that regulate airflow at low and high speeds. This ensures excellent cooling over the entire head surface. Ventral Air Mips improve the aerodynamic profile of the rider and minimize air resistance. Specific airflow zones enhance ventilation and cooling, while an aerodynamically optimised trailing edge reduces turbulence. The exceptionally lightweight road helmet has been developed in line with POC's Whole Helmet Concept™. It offers a fully sealed unibody shell and EPS liner that provides the ideal balance between weight and safety. The addition of Mips technology increases protection in rotational impacts. Practical features include a lightweight size adjustment system for a perfect fit and an integrated eye garage to keep your glasses securely in place while riding.

Protection, design and customisation
The Ventral Air Mips helmet features Mips Air Node technology, a low-friction layer that is laminated directly to the comfort padding to increase head protection in rotational impacts. For maximum safety while keeping weight down, the helmet features an optimized EPS liner that absorbs impact and distributes energy in a crash. Contributing to the overall durability and strength of the design is the fully covered unibody PC shell, which significantly increases the structural stability of the helmet. Perfect adaptation to any head shape is ensured by the 360° adjustable clamping system, which allows for fast and precise size adjustment.
Aerodynamics, ventilation and practical details
Cooling and airflow is provided by internal ventilation ducts designed to efficiently dissipate heat at any speed without adversely affecting aerodynamic performance. The aerodynamics of the helmet itself was optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) testing to help minimize turbulence and air resistance. The front part of the helmet is equipped with special high-friction surfaces, so-called. "eye garages" that allow the sunglasses to be stored safely and conveniently while driving. A word of caution about the fluorescent inks used - they do not contain harmful chemicals and are therefore more sensitive to UV light. Any colour fading is a completely natural process and does not reduce the functionality or quality of the product.
