The GymBeam therapeutic brace allows you to adjust the level of tightness exactly as needed using adjustable straps with Velcro. It is very easy to put on. Place your arm into the brace's sleeve and position it on your shoulder. Tighten the shorter strap around your arm and pass the longer strap across your chest under the other arm, tighten it to the desired firmness, and secure it with the Velcro. The brace offers a universal design, so you can wear it on either your right or left shoulder.
