HMS HHW02 massage hula hoop with weights, pink

The HMS HHW02 Massage Hula Hoop is an ideal addition to any home gym. Exercising with the hoop will help to slim the abdomen and waist and also reduce the tissues of the thighs and buttocks. The structure is composed of 24 parts, but at least 14 parts are needed to close the hoop. The individual parts conceal a rail into which an anchor fitted with 4 ball bearing castors is inserted before closing. A weight weighing 300 g is then attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 20-30 cm, the longer it is, the heavier the weight will be due to centrifugal force.
