HHW12 plus size purple massage hula hoop with HMS weights
The HMS HHW12 plus size is a massage hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight. The HHW12 is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 125 centimetres. The hoop is fitted with massage caps with springs on the inside, which dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which you twist your hips. Regular use of the HMS HHW12 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. The individual parts of the hoop are made of high quality PVC, the weight is coated with rubber and filled with sand.

Adjustable design with rail and weight system
The construction of the HMS HHW12 plus size massage hula hoop with weights consists of 28 identical parts that fold into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 15 centimetres, if you connect all 28 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 40 centimetres. The HHW12 is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 125 centimetres. Individual parts hide a rail, into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with six ball bearing castors. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string.
Adjusting the length of the string and adjusting the intensity of the workout
The string can be set to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be. The length of the HHW12 HMS plus size hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with the coupling piece, which is fitted with levers to operate the lock. The weight will then "dive" in the direction you twist your hips.
