Patented motion sensor
The STRAFFR Strong resistance band has an integrated motion sensor that was made in Germany. The sensor allows the band to measure your performance during your workout, no matter where you pull during individual exercises.
Effective training with the STRAFFR app
Download the STRAFFR app to your smart device from Google Play or the App Store. You can quickly and easily pair the smart band with the app via Bluetooth. The STRAFFR Strong charges via a USB-C cable and lasts for up to 20 days of training on a single charge. The app guides you through the initial setup, where you can set your age, weight, height, activity frequency, etc. You can also add the goals you want to achieve and start working on them right away.
Workouts based on fitness level and set goals
In the app, you will find more than 100 workouts and exercises for the STRAFFR Strong smart band. The key is to perform the exercises correctly—according to the instructions. All workouts are accompanied by video coaching. In the app, you will see an evaluation of your technique, number of repetitions, and exercise frequency.
Workouts designed by the STRAFFR team of professionals
The workouts and exercises have been designed for you by seasoned professionals, including Rich Hesketh—strength and conditioning coach for the NHL team Calgary Flames and an Under Armour brand ambassador. Rower Maximilian Planer, a German Olympic rower and two-time world champion, also contributed to the workouts and exercises.
