Chromecast and content mirroring

Share content from your laptop, smartphone, or tablet using Chromecast built-in technology, which is specifically designed for quick and easy multimedia sharing. You'll primarily use this technology for displaying photos and images or for casting films from Netflix or videos from YouTube. This way, you'll see everything on your big TV screen. To use this feature, your device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the TESLA MediaBox XG500. Even while content is streaming from your device to the TV screen, you can continue to use it normally without interrupting the playback. With the TESLA XG500 multimedia centre, you can easily and quickly mirror content from your smartphone or tablet to your TV screen using the Google Home app. It searches for content on your local network and lets you mirror any content, including apps, games, websites, videos, and photos.

4K picture and modern connectivity

Enjoy content in high Ultra HD 4K quality and feast your eyes on the incredible amount of detail, high contrast, and rich, realistic colours. The TESLA MediaBox XG500 uses the new HDMI 2.1 version. This interface enables smooth and sharp image transmission. The TESLA XG500 supports HDR (High Dynamic Range), which further enhances contrast. It can be connected to the internet via a standard Ethernet cable or wirelessly via dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz bands). Bluetooth 5.0 support means you can connect peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, gamepad, and much more to the TESLA MediaBox.

Simple control from your mobile

Use the Google Home app. Just have it installed on your smart device and be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the TESLA multimedia centre. Then you can use your smart device instead of the remote control. The TESLA MediaBox XG500 features HDMI-CEC, which lets you use the MediaBox remote to turn the TV on and off and adjust its volume. The multimedia centre's remote uses Bluetooth, so there's no need to place the TESLA MediaBox XG500 where you can point directly at it.

The multimedia centre supports Dolby Audio

The TESLA MediaBox XG500 multimedia centre supports Dolby Audio, which also includes Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital+, and Dolby Atmos. Together, all these technologies create clear and realistic sound. Dolby Digital is the standard for digital sound, providing multi-channel audio experiences. With Dolby Atmos technology, the multimedia centre creates full surround sound. Dolby Digital+ ensures higher sound quality and better compression, which you'll appreciate especially with streaming services.
