The Witt Piccolo Rotante pizza oven is a gas pizza oven with a rotating stone that ensures even cooking of the dough all around without the need to rotate the pizza by hand. Thanks to the powerful C-burner, it reaches temperatures of up to 500 °C in less than 15 minutes. so you can start baking almost immediately. Combined with the high temperature and the rotation of the stone, the pizza is ready in less than 90 seconds, with a perfectly crispy edge and evenly melted cheese. The inner part of the furnace is made of durable SS304 stainless steel, which better withstands extreme temperatures and corrosion, while making it easier to clean and longer lasting. Double insulation resistant up to 1000 °C helps maintain a stable temperature while saving gas even in harsh conditions.
