KochChemie MICRO CUT FINISH P3.01 micro-abrasive polish is part of the high-quality car care range from the German manufacturer, Koch-Chemie. It is a state-of-the-art final finishing polish with micro-particles, designed for machine polishing, effective up to a 3000 grit sandpaper finish. The micro-abrasive polish contains carnauba wax and non-volatile silicones. This ensures long-lasting paint preservation while achieving a radiant, high gloss and a smooth surface, even on dark shades and in extreme light conditions. It is suitable for all types of paintwork, including scratch-resistant ones. It is ideal for the permanent, mechanical removal of holograms, fine scratches and polishing marks.

Directions for use:
Shake the product well before use and test for suitability and compatibility. Wash the surface to be treated and allow it to dry completely. Apply the polish evenly to the entire surface of a dry or new polishing pad. With the polisher still switched off, spread the polish in a thin layer over the paintwork. Then, using a rotary polisher, polish with crosswise movements and medium pressure until a transparent film is formed (until the aluminium oxide contained in the polish has completely broken down). Do not use polishing pads used for this product with other products. To remove polish residue without scratches or streaks, use a professional microfibre cloth. Protect from frost and excessive heat. Do not use on hot surfaces.
Tip:
For an optimal result, the manufacturer recommends using the KochChemie Micro Cut Pad (purple) and a forced rotation eccentric polisher (e.g. Makita PO5000C, highest speed setting) for polishing. Alternatively, a rotary polisher in combination with the purple KochChemie Micro Cut Pad can be used to polish surfaces.
