Materials and durability testing
TPI bolts are manufactured from high-grade steel with an ASTM 4140 or SCM 440 specification, which corresponds to chrome-vanadium or chrome-molybdenum steel. The heat-hardening process ensures uniform hardness and strength throughout the entire cross-section of each bolt. The surface finish, created by zinc plating or triple nickel and chrome plating, protects the bolts from corrosion. Additionally, each production batch undergoes a salt spray test and a tensile strength test to verify its reliability.
