Durable and Reliable Material
TPI wheel bolts are made from chrome-vanadium or chrome-molybdenum steel (ASTM 4140 / SCM 440). Heat hardening the steel ensures consistent hardness and strength throughout the entire volume of the material. The quality of the material is verified by testing, which includes a tensile test to verify strength and a salt spray test to check corrosion resistance. The final surface finish, whether zinc, triple nickel and chrome, or black chrome, further enhances protection against external elements.
