NANOSIK mouthpiece from the Czech nanotechnology company Spur is a very effective respiratory protection for children from about 6 to 8 years old. This four-layer drape is made of the highly effective SPURTEX PP nanomaterial, which prevents the inhalation of pathogens. It is shaped like a respirator, so it fits perfectly and fits perfectly to the face. However, the nano-membrane used is very pleasant to the touch and has good breathability, allowing children to breathe easily despite the secure seal. The child's nano drape is disposable, or if necessary, it can be sterilized 1-3 times using the recommended SPURTEX Unisanol disinfectant. In the resealable package of the NANOSIK children's respirator you will find five pieces of respiratory protection with a smiley face motif.
Nanofibre is invisible to the human eye. It's up to 1000 times thinner than a hair. Thanks to this, a filter membrane so dense or with such small holes that bacteria, viruses and allergens cannot pass through it can be spun. This highly effective mechanical barrier thus allows the production of the NANOSIK baby nano-hood to be no need to use any chemicals or fragile borosilicate microfibres. These are used in standard protective equipment. But they can have a detrimental effect on a person's health.
Ingredients:
The nano-armour is made of SPURTEX PP material, which is a four-layer laminate consisting of polypropylene-based non-woven fabrics on the surface and a specially developed active nanofibrous filter layer made of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) polymer prepared using the latest unique technology of softening polymer solution in an electrostatic field.
Manipulation of the drape according to WHO recommendations:
Putting on the drape:
Wash your hands with soap and water, wipe your hands with a disposable towel and use disinfectant. Check the integrity of the drape packaging, remove the drape from the packaging and check the integrity of the drape. Grasp the drape so that the foldable edge is at the top.

Dispose of the drape in a specially designated waste receptacle. Wash your hands with soap and water, wipe with a disposable towel and use disinfectant.
Maintenance of the drape:
NANOSIK mouthpiece is categorised as disposable material. Its excellent filtration properties are only maintained for a very limited period of time depending on the environment in which it is used. In normal use, after 3 to 8 hours, dangerous particles (bacteria, viruses, etc.) ) in the nanofibre filter and in a contaminated environment it must be changed frequently. The nanofibre structure itself is not treated with any antimicrobial treatment.
Sterilization of the drape:
If necessary, the drape can be sterilised 1 - 3 times. The manufacturer recommends the disinfectant SPURTEX Unisanol for sterilization.
