Tisztelt Ügyfélszolgálat! Az Alza-ról eddig jó véleményeket hallottam. Most próbáltam rendelni egy terméket, ami nyilván látszik, hiszen ez alapján indítottam el a kérdést. Azzal teljesen egyet értek, hogy ha rendelés estén házhozszállítást választok, és utánvétes fizetést, akkor annak plusz költsége van. Árulják már el, hogy ha személyes átvételt választok, akkor miért kell azért +600 Ft-ot fizetnem??? Én megyek el a termékért. Nics semmi logisztikai feladat a termékkel, csak annyi, hogy ha van raktáron, azt tartsák fent az átvételig. Kérem, hogy válaszoljanak erre a holnapi nap folyamán (2021.12.04) még a délelötti órákban! Ha ez nem teljesíthető, akkor inkább rendelek mástól és az Alza.hu-t elfelejetem örökre.
