Barcelona
Tour de France 2026 PS5 features the official route of the 2026 race, including the Grand Départ in Barcelona and famous landmarks such as the Sagrada Família and Montmartre. A redesigned racing interface and 100 playable stages are also available.
Weather Will Affect the Tracks
The variable weather in Tour de France 2026 PS5 affects the course of each stage. During a race, conditions can change from clear skies to heavy rain, requiring precise bike handling on slippery roads and technical descents.
Climbs and Dirt Roads
The expanded calendar in Tour de France 2026 PS5 is complemented by the licensed Muscat Classic and Paris–Tours races. You can expect steep climbs in the Omani heat, dirt roads, and muddy sections where riding skills and correct bike positioning are crucial.
WEATHER
Try the Wet-Weather Riding Tutorial
Each stage in Tour de France 2026 PS5 offers unique conditions that will test your reflexes, concentration, and ability to react to unexpected weather changes. Rain increases the demands on your riding technique, energy management, and handling of risky situations. A new tutorial focused on riding in the rain will help you master the necessary skills and better prepare for challenging stages.
ROUTE
Riding on Unpaved Surfaces
The season in Tour de France 2026 PS5 is enriched with new routes for the World Championships in Oman, Italy, the Basque Country, and France. The Muscat Classic will test your climbing skills on ascents exceeding 10%, while the Paris–Tours requires confidence on unpaved surfaces and precise timing of attacks in the fight for victory.
TIME TRIALS
Teamwork
The redesigned team time trials in Tour de France 2026 PS5 allow you to set the order of riders, protect your leader, and coordinate the pace of the entire team. A protected rider's time is recorded the moment they cross the finish line, just as in professional races, adding another layer of tactics.
AI
Choose the Right Bike Frame for the Route
Wider personalisation options in Tour de France 2026 PS5 include choosing a bike frame, adjusting the rider's appearance according to the weather, and official national team jerseys from many countries around the world. More realistic peloton behaviour thanks to improved artificial intelligence and weather variations in MyTour and Criterium modes complete the authentic picture of a modern cycling season.
