The tracker precisely monitors your activity
The fitness tracker provides precise tracking of your activity and fitness level. Garmin CIRQA can track more than 80 activities using a button on the device or through the Garmin Connect app. The tracker can automatically recognise various activities, which you can then confirm and edit in the Garmin Connect app. During outdoor activities, you can also track your location by connecting to your smartphone's GPS. Garmin CIRQA monitors your VO2 MAX, determines your fitness age, counts your steps and calories burned, and tracks your heart rate variability.
Detailed sleep and recovery monitoring
After each night, the Garmin CIRQA tracker records your sleep score and provides personalised recommendations on the required sleep duration and ways to improve it. Monitor your sleep stages and short naps, and view key indicators like heart rate variability (HRV) status or skin temperature to better understand your health. The sleep alignment feature also shows you how well your sleep aligns with your circadian rhythm and lets you track its regularity.

Connect your CIRQA tracker to the Garmin Connect app installed on your smartphone and see all your measured data. For example, you can easily monitor and edit automatically recognised activities. With an optional Garmin Connect+ subscription, you get access to premium features like live activities, Garmin Coach training plans, nutrition tracking, and Garmin Active Intelligence, which provides personalised, AI-based recommendations.
