If you need help, simply initiate SOS communication for emergency support from the 24/7 Garmin Response coordination rescue centre. With a Garmin smartwatch, you can even venture off-grid up to 80 kilometres from the coast. inReach technology lets you send messages and location information as soon as you establish a satellite connection—no need to connect the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro watch to your phone. Thanks to LTE connectivity, you can leave your phone at home during your activities and still send/receive messages or calls. You can also share your LiveTrack™ location with your family or friends. If the watch detects an incident during selected activities, it will send a message with your current location via your paired smartphone. You can also trigger the function manually in case of danger.
