The Hendi 222676 professional vegetable slicer is made from stainless steel and ABS plastic. Its main V-shaped blade handles slicing both fruit and vegetables into uniform slices, and you can seamlessly adjust their thickness. For preparing thin julienne strips, there are two julienne attachments. It also includes a safety holder to protect your fingers while you work, and a storage box for the blades. Folding non-slip feet ensure stability during use.

Versatile slicing options

The main V-shaped blade handles slicing various types of fruit and vegetables. For decorative wavy slices, there is a second crinkle-cut blade. You can seamlessly adjust the thickness of the slices as needed. The mandoline also includes two additional attachments that prepare thin 6mm or 9mm julienne strips. A food holder ensures safety during use. Folding feet with a non-slip finish provide stability on your work surface. After use, the blades can be safely stored in the included box. Selected parts can be washed in the dishwasher.
