The Manhattan grill is also suitable for indirect grilling, thanks to the possibility of switching off the middle burners. Very practical is the storage rack, where you can keep ready-made meals still warm and ready to eat, and a storage shelf for all the necessary accessories and equipment. The grill is equipped with a practical hinged lid with a built-in thermometer, in the lower part there is a spacious, lockable cabinet with a door. To safely secure the grill against unwanted movements, two of the four wheels are equipped with a brake.
To ensure safe operation, the Manhattan grill is equipped with the Flame Tamer system. This is to prevent the dripping of fat from the prepared food between the flames and its possible ignition by means of metal profiles located directly above the burners. At the same time, they prevent the grill from being heated directly in only one place, which results in a significantly more even heating of the entire grill grill. It is made of chrome-plated steel with an enamel finish. For easy cleaning, the grill is equipped with a pull-out shelf at the bottom to catch dripping fat from the entire surface of the grill.
