PROCRAFT Industrial Cordless Roller Sander BM100A (without battery)

The Procraft Industrial BM100A cordless barrel sander is used for sanding, satin finishing and surface treatment of metal materials. It’s powered by a brushless motor for higher efficiency and a longer lifespan. Thanks to its six-speed control, you can easily adjust the speed between 1500 and 3300 rpm to suit the surface you're working on. In addition, electronic stabilisation maintains a constant speed even under load, which helps to achieve a uniform result. The cordless power supply provides complete freedom of movement without being restricted by a cable.

Powerful motor with precise control

At the heart of the sander is a brushless motor, which offers higher energy transfer efficiency and stable performance even on more demanding tasks. Compared to conventional carbon motors, it heats up less and has a longer lifespan. Your work is made easier by the six-speed control, which lets you set the speed from 1500 to 3300 rpm and adapt it to the specific material. The integrated electronic stabilisation also monitors the set speed, so it doesn't drop even with greater pressure. This ensures smooth operation and a uniformly finished surface.

Comfortable and easy to use

The sander is designed with a focus on comfortable handling. You can adjust the auxiliary handle to the position that suits you best, which improves tool control and reduces fatigue during prolonged work. The tool-free barrel change system saves time and simplifies operation. To maintain a clean working environment, there is a dust extraction connection port, to which you can connect a hose with an internal diameter of 32mm or an external diameter of 37mm.

Mobility thanks to a cordless system

Thanks to its cordless power, you can work with the sander anywhere, without the restriction of a power cable. You will particularly appreciate this mobility during assembly work, on construction sites or in the field. The sander is compatible with 20V batteries from Procraft, with capacities of 2Ah, 4Ah and 8Ah. The tool is suitable for satin finishing stainless steel, removing oxidation, blending welds or preparing surfaces before painting. The battery and charger are not included.
