The MaceMaker Fuji SanMai knife set includes 3 high-quality, reliable, and stylish kitchen knives with Damascus steel blades. This thoughtfully assembled set contains a Chef's knife, Santoku knife, and Utility knife. The perfect cut is delivered by the sandwich construction of the blade, made using Japanese SanMai technology – at the core is a VG-10 steel cutting 'razor blade', which is protected on both sides by a strong layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knife long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact. The Damascus steel, formed from two different types of steel with distinct colour tones, also gives the knife a unique and attractive appearance. The blade of each knife is set into a comfortable, solid wood handle with a steel bolster. The set also includes practical and elegant wooden sheaths. The MaceMaker Fuji SanMai kitchen knives are not suitable for dishwashers.
