Tea Garden China Gui Hua Sweet Osmanthus Oolong
Gui Hua combines the very balanced taste of high-quality, gently oxidized oolong with osmanthus flowers, which are added to the tea at a certain stage of processing. You can look forward to a very tasty tea, the aroma and taste of which are strikingly reminiscent of peaches, citrus fruits and meadow flowers. Do you know how to properly prepare this tea? To avoid ruining its amazing flavor profile, it is advisable to pour water at a temperature of around 80°C and steep it for an optimal 3-4 minutes.
Ingredients
Lightly fermented oolong green tea, osmanthus flowers (7.5%).
Preparation
The preparation of partially oxidised teas is not very different from black teas. Except that they are not watered with boiling water! The water must be allowed to "rest" a little, ideally at 80ºC. We infuse the oolongs for three to four minutes, longer delays do not seriously affect the taste of the tea - it will be bitterer and a little stronger.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
