Support for joints, immunity, and healthy digestion
The fibre content in the food comes mainly from fruit and vegetables, such as apples and carrots. The plant-based ingredients contain beneficial nutrients and contribute to your older dog's overall health. Added glucosamine and chondroitin have a protective effect on the joints. They help to slow down cartilage wear, which is particularly beneficial for older dogs, whose worn joints often cause mobility problems. The food thus helps your senior dog stay agile and active. A natural source of omega-3 fatty acids supports your dog's healthy skin and coat. It also strengthens the immune system, contributing to your pet's overall health and resilience.
Safe food for allergy sufferers with sensitive stomachs
Julius K9 hypoallergenic food is ideal for older dogs with allergies. Lamb is easily digestible and suitable for dogs with sensitive stomachs. The included FOS prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides) also support a healthy gut microflora and proper digestion. A healthy gut environment contributes to a strong immune system, making the dog more resistant to disease. The food's composition has been specially designed to help prevent weight gain in older dogs. It helps maintain a healthy weight, which is key to reducing the load on joints and supporting an active lifestyle.
