The Epson CO-W01 projector is a multifunctional WXGA projector designed for both home and office use. It uses 3LCD technology to project an image with a native resolution of 1280×800 pixels and a brightness of 3000 ANSI lumens. This light output is sufficient for a clear display even in rooms with some ambient light. With its integrated operating system, it functions as a full-fledged Android TV projector, simplifying access to streaming services. Its short-throw design, combined with compact dimensions of 295×211×87mm and a weight of just 2.4kg, makes it easy to carry and install. As a home cinema projector, it offers a large screen size, while in an office role, it handles presentations with clearly legible text.

Image quality and projection features
The 3LCD technology displays an image in a native resolution of 1280×800 pixels with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The light output of 3000 ANSI lumens in normal mode ensures visibility even in spaces that are not completely dark. In ECO mode, the brightness drops to 2000 lumens. The projector projects an image with a screen size adjustable from 33" to 378", which corresponds to an image width of almost 8.4 metres. Due to its short-throw design, it operates with a projection distance from 0.9 metres. The maximum projection distance is 10.4 metres.
Lifespan and operation of the Epson CO-W01 projector
The projector uses a lamp with a stated life of 6000 hours in normal operating mode. By activating the power-saving ECO mode, the lamp life extends to up to 12000 hours. ECO mode also reduces the cooling noise from 38dB(A) to 29dB(A), which contributes to less disturbance during viewing. At the same time, it reduces light output and energy consumption.
Installation and smart features with Android TV
For quick image geometry setup, the projector offers manual horizontal and vertical keystone correction and the Quick Corner function. The 1.35 digital zoom provides additional image magnification without needing to physically move the projector. The integrated Android TV operating system provides access to streaming apps like NETFLIX or Disney+ directly from the device's menu. For basic sound without connecting an external audio system, the projector includes a built-in 5W speaker.
Connectivity options
For connecting image sources such as laptops or game consoles, the rear panel offers an HDMI 1.4 input. The USB 2.0-A port is used for direct playback of multimedia content from flash drives or external hard drives. The connector set is completed by a USB 2.0 Type-B service port, which is used exclusively for service purposes and firmware updates.
