The Orion UH dough roller is made of metal and plastic. You can roll 4 different thicknesses of dough precisely and evenly with it. It has side stops, thanks to which you can easily set the force to 2, 4, 6 and 8 mm. You can roll the dough without using these stops by simply turning the roller. Thanks to the non-stick treatment, the dough does not stick to the rolling pin, so a minimum amount of flour is enough. The advantage is also easy maintenance. The Orion roller can be washed in the dishwasher.
