SCP 3701BK

The SENCOR SCP 3701BK induction cooker will enchant you with its elegant ultra-thin design and light weight, so you can take it with you on holiday. It uses electromagnetic induction to cook, making it efficient and economical. It has ten levels of operation and makes food preparation easier thanks to the temperature control.

Simply plug it into a wall socket, press the ON button and it's ready for action. It only gets on well with special magnetic bottom cookware, but an unsuitable pot won't break it, it just won't turn on. It knows when you take the cooking pot off and switches off at that moment. You don't have to worry about injuries and burns because the ceramic surface won't burn. It only heats up from the cooking vessel and a light warning alerts you to residual heat.

Electromagnetic induction generates the heat needed for cooking directly in the pot, almost instantly. A litre of water boils up to twice as fast as a conventional ceramic radiant cooker. You can set the desired temperature yourself using the buttons or the slider, ranging from 60 to 240 degrees. You can also control the power in a similar way, from 200 to 2000 W in ten stages of operation.

A fan cools it during operation and a thermal fuse protects it from overheating. The control panel lock ensures that the settings are not accidentally switched on or changed. The non-slip feet keep it firmly in place even during intensive stirring. After two hours of inactivity, it automatically switches off.

You can place a pot with a diameter of 12 to 26 cm on the cooking surface. It automatically detects the size of the pot or pan and heats only where it touches.

It is equipped with a clear display, buttons and slider, allowing you to easily regulate the temperature, power levels or set, when it's supposed to shut itself off, whether it's in one minute or three hours. It also lets you know whenever there's a problem, such as overheating or using the wrong cookware, with a display and an audible alarm.

The top side consists of a continuous and smooth glass-ceramic surface. So you don't have to worry about cleaning as you do with cast iron plates. Moreover, thanks to the fact that it does not heat up directly in operation, nothing sticks to it. After each use, wait until it has cooled completely and then wipe with a soft damp cloth. Use a mild detergent on the grease and wipe dry.
