The lens SEL90M28G is the first mid-focal macro telephoto lens with an E bayonet and built-in image stabilization. It delivers superb unique brightness and an extremely smooth bokeh effect due to its spherical aberration control, which is usually the main advantage of the G Lens series. The floating focusing system provides excellent optical performance at all focusing distances.

Reliably and easy
The length of the lens does not change when focusing, which you will appreciate especially when shooting a macro photo and you have the lens a few centimetres from the subject. In addition, the lens also has a focus lock button and a separate ring for a smooth transition between manual and automatic focus modes. Like all EF models, this lens is also protected against dust and moisture and is designed for use in demanding conditions.
