Protein pizza with KetoMix salsa is suitable not only for those who follow the ketone diet. You can include it in your diet from the first phase of the KetoMix diet, fully replacing up to two meals a day.
The pizza is great for lunch and dinner, and it's very easy to prepare. The package also includes salsa and you can also top the pizza with oregano, olives, mushrooms, garlic, onions or other vegetables. In 100 g there are 56 g of protein and 13g of fibre.

Composition of salsa
Tomatoes 42.7%, soy protein, thickener: guar gum, salt, cheese powder (whey powder, processed cheese, yeast extract, butter powder, salt, maltodextrin, milk protein) 7.4%, aroma (contains wheat), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary), Garlic, Acid: citric acid, antioxidants: rosemary extract, alpha-tocopherols.
Preparation and dosing
Pour 30 ml of drinking water into the container, add the contents of the smaller 4g sachet, stir well and leave to cool in the fridge for a few minutes. Pour 40 ml of water into another container, add the contents of a larger 25g bag, work the dough thoroughly and roll out a 15-20 cm diameter circle. Place on baking paper, spread the salsa, add other ingredients and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
