The LIFEFIT 3Dx MOTION TRAINER vibration platform offers multifunctional use and is especially suitable for home use. It will allow you to strengthen your muscles, shape your figure, helps with weight loss, but also promotes relaxation of tired muscles and improves blood circulation. The vibrating platform works on the principle of oscillating movement, which at each oscillation puts the body slightly out of balance and the muscles must exert more force to master the exercises. The non-slip exercise surface ensures stability during exercise and there are alsoremovable expanders, which are designed to strengthen the upper body. The vibrating platform also has non-slip feet that guarantee its firm hold on any type of surface.
