The Tunturi R20 Rower Compentence rowing machine allows you to exercise effectively from the comfort of your home gym. It excels in a solid construction made of high-quality steel, which gives the device durability, and perfect ergonomics of the frame. It is equipped with a 6 kg flywheel, which is braked magnetic brake, which ensures quiet operation during exercise. The anatomically shaped seat riding in a high-quality aluminum bar and the possibility of adjusting the distance of the seat to the pedals help to comfort during exercise. This can be set to a maximum distance of 103 cm corresponding to a height of 195 cm. Large, comfortable pedals are equipped with a backrest and a strap for attaching the feet.

You can use the rotary control to manually control the load exactly as you need it. Tunturi R20 Rower Compentence is equipped with a large 5 “LCD display showing time, distance, number of shots per minute, speed and heart rate, which can be monitored using a chest strap. However, it is not part of the package. You can also set target values and a pulse limit that you do not want to exceed during exercise. Thanks to the Recovery function, the trainer evaluates your physical condition after training.
