How to use:
Dampen the area around your eyes and apply a small amount of serum to your fingertip, then apply under the eye area. Gently pat to massage under the eyes and on the eyelids. Remain expressionless for 4–5 minutes and wait for the serum to dry. You can then apply make-up.
