The Magicbaby Lumi the Sloth weighted plush toy is designed as a therapeutic aid to give children a feeling of calm and security. Thanks to its specific weight and design, it helps with calming, reducing anxiety, and releasing muscle tension. A filling of cotton and glass beads provides evenly distributed pressure that mimics a soothing hug. The surface is made from a hypoallergenic fabric and the plush toy is suitable for children from birth.

A soothing hug and a feeling of security

Lumi the Sloth has a special design with long front limbs, which have a span of 56cm. This shape is designed to hug the child and create a sense of security. The gentle and even pressure exerted by the plush toy stimulates deep sensory perception and helps to release tension in the shoulder and neck area. The plush toy weighs 450g, which contributes to overall relaxation and improves the child's concentration.

Materials and sensory stimulation

The surface of the plush toy is made of 100% polypropylene fabric, which is hypoallergenic and soft to the touch. The inner filling consists of a combination of cotton and glass beads. It is these beads that give the toy its specific weight and weighted function. The plush toy therefore stimulates touch and proprioception, which is the perception of one's own body position. This not only promotes calmness but also supports the child's sensory development.

Practical design and maintenance

The Magicbaby Lumi the Sloth plush toy comes in a practical fabric bag, which makes it easy to carry and store. Thanks to the materials used, maintenance is very simple. If it gets dirty, just clean the surface of the toy with a damp cloth. The plush toy requires no batteries and is ready to use straight out of the box. Its dimensions are 45 × 18 × 13cm.
