PETITE&MARS Big Bang Wood of Mars

The PETITE&MARS Big Bang wooden hammer bench from the WOOD OF MARS collection is designed for children from one year old. The toy helps develop motor skills, logical thinking and hand-eye coordination in a fun way. It consists of a table-shaped base, a hammer and eight colourful pegs. The entire set is made from a combination of pine and tea wood, making it a durable and pleasant-to-touch tool for a child's first explorations.

Playful development of motor skills and thinking

Hammering the pegs is not only fun for children, but also beneficial. This activity naturally strengthens hand muscles and improves hand-eye coordination. The child learns to focus on a target and correctly judge the force of the strike. Repeatedly inserting the pegs into the holes and then hammering them in supports fine motor skills, patience and concentration. The toy is therefore a great tool for the early development of basic skills in a way that children enjoy.

Natural materials and a child-friendly design

The hammer bench is made of pine and tea wood, which is pleasant to the touch and durable enough for active play. The ergonomic design of the entire toy is adapted for the smallest children. The hammer is the ideal size and shape for a small hand to grip easily, making it easy to handle and to make first attempts at hammering. The stable, table-shaped base ensures that the toy does not tip over during play.

Learning colours with a set of pegs

The package includes eight colourful pegs in four different pairs. This allows children to become familiar with basic colours and learn to recognise and name them as they play. Sorting the pegs by colour or pairing them adds an extra educational dimension to the game and encourages the development of logical reasoning. This toy from the WOOD OF MARS collection effectively combines fun with the first steps in education.
