Game objective and gameplay options
Each participant strives for one thing: to be the last one left in the game. The main threat is the cards with exploding kittens, drawing one means an immediate end to your game. To survive, you must use defensive cards and offensive actions against your opponents. Stealing cards and forcing a deck shuffle are the basic ways to avoid elimination. The right timing of your actions determines who will ultimately win at the table.
Game round progression and mechanics
Players take turns, during which they can play any number of cards from their hand. Each card has its own effect, from peeking at the deck to skipping your own turn. Drawing cards brings constant tension and the risk of elimination. You can react to opponents' actions immediately with defensive cards that cancel their effects. The entire game system is built on quick decisions and constant interaction.
