The CMF by NOTHING Watch 3 Pro adapts to your training with custom plans, precise tracking, and recovery guidance that evolves over time. The Watch 3 Pro helps you check your stress levels when you need to, and built-in breathing exercises help you stay calm. After each workout, you get an estimated recovery time from the CMF by NOTHING Watch 3 Pro.

The CMF by NOTHING Watch 3 Pro offers a dual-band GPS system with support for L1 and L5 signals. This ensures you always have a perfect overview of your location. The smartwatch determines your position faster and more accurately in dense urban areas and on forest trails. The NOTHING Watch 3 Pro's GPS is compatible with Glonass, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS systems.

The CMF by NOTHING Watch 3 Pro can now capture light signals and changes in blood flow under the skin in even greater detail. This results in more accurate heart rate tracking, especially during intense training. The smartwatch also monitors blood oxygen (SpO₂), stress levels, and heart rate zones. If you need to calm down, breathing exercises are available. Women can also receive smart prompts to track and predict menstrual cycles. The Active Score feature uses heart rate data and MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) values.
