The ONDILO ICO Pool V2 Essential smart water monitor helps keep your pool water in optimal condition throughout the swimming season. It continuously measures pH, ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), and water temperature. Using advanced algorithms, it predicts the evolution of measured values and provides recommendations for the correct dosage of pool chemicals and pool maintenance. The durable ABS plastic construction is designed for long-term use in water, and the integrated Li-ion battery lasts for up to a whole season on a single charge. The individual sensors are removable for easier maintenance, and the package also includes a complete calibration kit.

ONDILO ICO Pool V2 Essential – Accurate Measurement of Pool Water Quality
The ONDILO ICO Pool V2 Essential analyser automatically measures the pH, water temperature, conductivity to assess mineral concentration, and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) every hour, which helps to monitor the effectiveness of water disinfection. The measured data is continuously evaluated by artificial intelligence, which predicts its development and, in conjunction with the current weather forecast, recommends the optimal dosage of pool chemicals and the appropriate time for their application.
Durable Smart Monitor Construction for All-Season Operation
The outer shell of the smart monitor is made of UV-resistant ABS plastic, which resists pool chemicals and normal mechanical stress. Thanks to its IP68 rating, the device can remain permanently submerged in water without getting in the way when using the pool.
When removing the monitor from the pool, place the protective caps on the individual sensors and moisten the sponges inside the caps. If you are not going to use the device for a long period, store it in the supplied box, which will protect it from dust and dirt.
Sensor Calibration for Accurate Measurement
The ONDILO ICO Pool V2 Essential model is calibrated at the factory, yet the manufacturer recommends checking the sensors regularly and calibrating them at least once a season. Regular maintenance helps to maintain accurate measurements of temperature, pH, water conductivity and the level of disinfection and other minerals. A complete calibration kit needed for sensor maintenance is included in the package.
We recommend calibrating before the start of a new swimming season or whenever you notice deviations in the measured values.
Compatibility with Pools and Smart Homes
The ONDILO ICO Pool V2 Essential smart water monitor is designed for pools using salt water treatment systems. It can be used in outdoor and indoor, in-ground and above-ground pools. It is compatible with common pool water treatment technologies, such as sand filters or pool pumps with or without variable speeds.
The device also supports integration with smart home systems such as Alexa, Eedomus, Jeedom or Home Assistant.
Simple Setup and Long Battery Life
Before placing the analyser in the water, press the Start button and then download the mobile app to your smartphone or tablet. After placing the device in the pool, simply set up the Wi-Fi connection in the app and enter the basic parameters of the pool. Further configuration is automatic. Power is provided by an integrated long-life Li-ion battery, which usually only needs to be charged once or twice a year. Charging is done via the included USB cable.
If the Wi-Fi signal is weak around the pool, the manufacturer recommends using a Wi-Fi extender (not included).
ICO Mobile App for an Overview of Water Quality
The ICO mobile app is the control centre for the smart water monitor. It displays the current status of the pool, recommends appropriate maintenance, reminds you of regular filter cleaning and other service tasks. All measured data can be easily shared with other household members or a service technician. The free app with English localisation is available for Android and iOS devices. The app displays, for example:
