The Thermo-Signal™ technology indicates when the ideal temperature is reached by turning a deep red colour, so you'll easily know the right moment to start cooking. Specially shaped grill grooves create that typical grilled look and even heating helps achieve consistent results. The highly efficient induction base ensures rapid heating, and the pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs. After cooking, you can put it in the dishwasher.
