The BOSCH HSS-TiN metal drill set with titanium nitride coating is designed for fast and clean drilling in metal, Plexiglas and hard plastics (not suitable for aluminium). The special titanium nitride coating provides up to 40% faster drilling speeds compared to conventional uncoated drills and, when properly cooled, allows up to six times longer life. The drill bits are characterized by high elasticity, which minimizes the risk of breakage. The set is housed in a durable metal case that provides clear storage and protection for the individual drill bits. The drills are compatible with all brands of power tools. For optimum service life, the use of a coolant such as Bosch Universal Cutting Oil (2 607 001 409) is recommended. It is recommended to wear safety glasses when working.
